We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within this period.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at idol.era.collection@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items listed for sale are non-refundable. Certain other items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, hazardous materials, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
